World-changing coaches in the CTI blog

I have a guest post in the Coaches Training Institute blog this week about the connection between world-changing coaches and Co-Active Coaching.

As I collected these examples of world-changing coaches, I found that a compelling majority of them were CTI graduates or students. At first I thought this was my own bias, because I know so many coaches in the Co-Active community. So I deliberately set out to include coaches from other backgrounds. Although I ultimately succeeded in featuring many non-CTI coaches, it wasn’t easy. Because again and again, I was led back to a Co-Active connection.
